Biz Fam,

Can I take a few moments to share my appreciation with you?

When I started my business, 4ourty I had no idea that I would ever have a platform like this. I just wanted to do “the work”. I was given the vision of 4ourty (originally Fourty which was an acronym for For-Our-Unity.) I was shown a business that would provide the black community the 40 acres and a mule we were promised but through the vehicle of entrepreneurship. To be honest I didn’t know how it would happen.

I just knew that I could not afford to be disobedient. My mission felt as urgent then as it does now. So today I am THANKFUL for this moment where I can look back and acknowledge that with every step of the way I’ve been black founded, black funded, black supported and continue to create for the black cause. 

I would not be here with out YOU!
